"New Boss" Season 5; Episode 18

Here is the synopsis for the latest episode of "The Office" entitled "New Boss":

Michael is all set for his 15th anniversary at Dunder Mifflin until his brand new boss, Charles Minor, shows up, everything starts to 

go downhill. Jim starts out on the wrong foot after Charles sees him in a tux (another prank on Dwight) and Michael feels a bit outspoken. Charles seems to be overpowering him at every turn, and Michael feels he deserves more - so much so that he drives all the way to New York to see David.
